Andys famous 5 hills but feeling pretty stiff so barely faster than a normal run I suspect. At least it felt hard, unfortunately not in a good way.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Orienteering at jerrabomberra on the new lidar map. Good fun course on 1:5k about 30min hard and the 30 min getting controls. Still having problems with my hip/itb

Put off running all day but eventually snuck out at the end of the day and did a lap of the lake with a few efforts, 54321 with 1 min recovery.

Another Thursday morning hobble into work. Early mornings really aren't my friend for running atm!

Lunchtime run on gossan hill. Did 4 efforts of roughly 8,6,4,2 min with 1 min recovery although forgot the garmin so was timing it on an old school watch with hands so actual times may be very different.

Lap of the lake at lunchtime. Freezing wind and basically just ran tempo pace the whole time to keep warm. Still have problems with my hip/itb/ quad on left side
