Plod on aranda hill

Run in the rain with the local old men. Marty had a plan to do some intervals but I was struggling to keep up on every hill even on the warm up. Super stiff in my hips and felt like I couldn’t straighten my leg out to push off and get any power. Did one token interval and jogged home, barely running by the time I got home.
