Cotter Uriarra plus out to the end of the bitumen. Tired for the last half hour.

With Andy, went in terrain in a straight line to top of black mtn. Best I’ve felt running for a while so kept going for a bit longer until my gluteus and foot got sore. First time these have been sore for ages which probably shows I was running differently today after a bit of stretching my hip flexors.

Arvo loop around the pinnacle with 25min tempo trying to keep good form.

Lap of the lake with 5 x 2min / 1min with 1min recoveries. Trying to run faster to have better form but also felt a bit looser after yoga
