Over in Christchurch for work so got out in the evening for a run in hagley park which is one of the best city parks I’ve been too. Did 10x1min for something to do,

Loop around aranda hill and back through Macquarie doing 4 efforts of about 4-5min. Second one was on a Strava segment grant got off me (one of many)that I was trying to reclaim but was 3 sec too slow. Will have to be more focused next time ;)

Cathys instructions were to stick to shorter faster runs to try and keep good form (I didnt mention the weekend) so did about 20min tempo with a very short warm up and down in the narrow window I had at lunch. Tempo by feeling only as was only just breaking 5mink at one stage!
