Long run with Grant. Bit uncertain how my heel would go as it’s been hard to walk on barefoot but was better with shoes. Even so downhill was a bit of a limp but uphill good. Started slowly but would up the pace after a while particularly on the hills.

Last ride around the Tathra trails before heading back to CBR.

Long run with Andy and then Al after we met her for the last 35min or so. Did a loop out on a walking track and fire road and then back on the kangarutha trail. Got a nail or something long and very sharp through my shoe and into my heel which was pretty painful and is still quite sore. Otherwise felt ok.

Kangarutha track from Tathra. Ran out for40min and then tempo back (about 27min). Tough work, surprised a Goanna ( and myself) a few min before turning around and the we both got another surprise a few min later on my way back.

Late arvo run with Andy in Tathra. Went north out along the bike path to check out moon bay which was nice but pretty rough with the strong winds. Did 3k tempo coming back along the bike path to make it interesting and then finished with a quick swim in the ocean which was much nicer than I expected.

Mtb ride with Hoggster on the Tathra tracks. Did most of the tracks but accidentally took a shortcut on the fire shed side of the road. Close shave on the steep rock drop off on the bridges track when my foot unclipped from the pedal!

Down in Tathra and did a quick lap of a few of the tracks with Andy before dinner.
