Long run with Gareth. Lots of hills including up black mtn. Feeling tired towards the end and glad to stop.

Dropped the boys at sailing and then Tom and I did a lap of central basin from lotus bay. Tom stopped at lotus bay but I kept going and did 20min tempo. Super hot and finished with a swim in the lake to cool down.

Early morning jog around the pinnacle. Pretty stiff and sore, should have warmed down after yesterday!

Arvo tempo run, 1k warm up and then 8k tempo around aranda hill, through a bit of black mtn and then back through aranda. Pretty hot and feeling a bit stiff - need to get back to my exercises.

Hot evening run from work. Did 4 gossan hill intervals. Didn’t feel great but got better and the fastest I have run these for a little while.
