Running 40:00 [3]

Arvo run on black mtn. Did 4x4min with 2min recovery. Felt a bit tired when I started running but got better when I started running faster.

Jog with Andy and Grant after getting home from the airport. Not feeling too bad despite the lack of sleep.

Road bike 1:20:00 [3]

Lap of the lake with Thomas on the new Orbea Terra. Few stops to adjust the seat and bar positioning and pretty cruisey ride particularly in the busy parts where there were a lot of pedestrians. Good fun though!

Last treadmill run for a while. Finished skiing a bit early today as the kids had had enough after 8 days! Did 5x 3min at around 3.25 pace. Finished with a swim in the pool and spa.

Sweatathon on the treadmill before going out skiing. Did 30 min progressive tempo with a 5min warm down. Started at 4min/k and increased the pace evenly so that was doing 3.25 pace for the last 5min. Apart from the sweating I quite like the control and precision of pumping out a session on the treadmill.
