Orienteering 1:50:00 [3]

NOL race at the blowhole, classic race in light rain. Missed first control when I couldn’t see it in the gully but got going ok after that and felt pretty reasonable. Got a few of the route choices wrong and made a 1min mistake mid leg on another to compound that but overall pretty happy to tough it out. Finished 4thbut 7min down on Craney.

Orienteering 55:00 [3]

NOL in Bendigo - started pretty carefully and took a while to get into it but got going ok after a while. Brodie caught me about a third of the way round and it was a clear step up in pace. Unfortunately he started stuffing up a bit straight after that including a massive mistake which inconsiderately messed up my run. Good fun and felt good running.

ABS fun run,7k 24.46 at lake g. 3rd behind Alastair and Brucie. Hung on to them for a while but they gradually pulled away and I had nothing. Eased up a bit in the last few k since couldn’t get Brucie but otherwise pretty solid run.

Lap and a bit of lake g with 5x 1k (90sec jog). 3.31, 26, 22, 27, 24 from memory. Hip and nerve in my left leg still not 100%.
