Sunny & warm- good to get out in the spring weather!!
Didn't exactly have the energy to increase intensity to a run this week- sickness & such coming- going so not overloading the body when it's already run down enough.

+ 2x 12 Sit up (3kg medicine ball)
+ 3x 12 bicep curls
+ 2 x 8 shoulder press

Pre season starting-
Game fitness lacking entirely despite cross training over those months!! Frustrating but alwayst the case.
