Fun training event in Lisburn, each control had a multiple choice question and the answer was at the control. I spent waaaaay too long trying to find a floodlight label (just being blind) and must have looked completely bonkers running round and round a tree trying to find a label. The thunder, lightening and pissing rain made it all the more entertaining. Managed 700/850 points which wasn't too bad, could have got a couple more if I hadn't already been late leaving for Pilates.

Reformer, switched to Monday since I'll be on the boat on Friday :) Thankfully there was no tricep work today as I am still sore from last week..... That'll teach me to be too stubborn/competitive to reduce the resistance.

Jog up to and around the pitches. Right ankle wasn't feeling great.

Session was supposed to be 10 x 2.5 mins but I managed 1 3/4 reps before bailing. My ankle hurt with every stride and starting to feel a tightness in the Achilles and given it was my bad side I thought better play it safe and stop.

Intervals in the bowl. I skipped the big hill tonight as uphill is still a bit uncomfortable. 3 x 2 mins, 3 mins, 4 mins with half recovery. Felt pretty unfit during this. Time to ease back into the running properly.
