Strength and Conditioning (Parkfit) 1:00:00 [3] 3.06 km (19:36 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrines

Tough session, lots of tyre pushing and pulling with loads of alternate squat thrusts to help you feel the burn, my Achilles started to pull a little (the left one this time) so I took the last bit of the class very easy

Putting out controls for tonight's WEE

Orienteering 15:26 [4] 2.25 km (6:52 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrines

Realised the controls hadn't been synced so I pegged it round syncing them and turning them on

Strength and Conditioning (Parkfit) 1:00:00 [3] 3.06 km (19:36 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrines

Yay, back at parkfit! Nearly died in the warmup though as my legs refused to work, but once they decided to cooperate it was great fun. Lots of leg work and tyre pulling with a load of press ups thrown in for a bit of variety!

Running the start for the WPFG, I got the short straw and was calling people up. I definitely struggled with a few of the names but we got there in the end. There was a real buzz in Belfast, and the atmosphere at the finish was great, although I did get to witness some of the first starters finishing which was entertaining, and apparently one Aussie fireman stopped for a pint part way round his course!
