Gentle class today, a few of us were suffering from colds so nothing too strenuous, although the 3min plank at the end was fairly tough

Possibly the most confusing session ive ever been to, I still was sure what I was doing at the end!! On the plus side I didnt notice the amount of running we were doing.

Intervals around Stormont, tried to go hard but my chest was really tight so just went as hard as I could whilst still being able to breathe.

James had food poisoning so I ran the other road loop from home for a bit of variety, turns out its flatter and a bit boring, I think I prefer the hill loop (never thought id say that!)
