Not particularly happy with myself for this one. Apart from a wobble to the first and being too high for 6 and 7, I was navigational sound but I just had no attack, esp on the hills, I sort of found myself wandering up them. Im not sure how to motivate myself to really attack a mountainous course, but hopefully that will come as I get a bit fitter.

Technical difficults meant I didnt get my hill reps with Susan, so I ran around Belmont a couple of time wondering where she was, so I threw a couple of hills in for good measure.

Fairly easy session tonight, mainly due to the long recovery periods, but the jump lunges still hurt

Feeling pretty bouncy tonight after my two rest days, and a nice easy session meant I was still bouncy at the end which I was a little disappointed about. Will have to add an extra running session in tomorrow, Susan was thinking hill reps, that'll make me hurt :)

Medically enforced rest day, having a patch test done and I'm not allowed to get my back wet or do exercise for 2 days, which is probably a good thing since I really wanted to go beast myself and use my frustrations at yesterdays run, but my legs really needed the rest.
