Gentle run with the dog, legs have forgotten what running for more than 5 mins feel like. Need to start building it up again.

So I'm not sure whether to make hamster-balling a sport of its own. I had so much fun jogging, walking and occasionally running in a hamster ball that was powering a flame throwing horse.

Gentle(ish) run pre parkfit, would have been longer but my garmin crapped itself and I had to nick dads (apparently) it only needed reset. I had aimed to run a tad slower but James joined me so we ended up just cruising a bit faster, luckily no hip pain, so I think I'm on the mend :)

There was a bit more running tonight which I was fairly happy about, and the the 11s challenge, 11 press ups and 11 squat jumps followed by a sprint, the first few were fine the 11th hurt like hell!
