Gentle terrain run with mum and the dog, I was shuttling up and down as mum walked behind me. I'd forgotten how much I like tievnadaragh as an area, unfortunately they've felled a whole lot of it making the nicest area totally unrunable.

Last event of the May League, my calf was playing up so I didnt want to go as hard as I could but once I started I got a bit carried away.....The aim was for a clean race, which I was pretty close to, I had a couple of minor hesitations and few over-shoots but it was only ever by a few meters. I did manage to get stuck in the undergrowth trying to get out of the final control though, not my finest moment. All in all a good run although I'm going to have to get faster if I'm to beat H when the handicap kicks in apparently 6 mins isn't enough....

Calf a bit sore from last night so took it easy tonight, there were plenty of one legged star jumps being done to keep the pressure off. A good combination of arms, legs and core, and ended with a tug of war which the girls won easily.....lathered may have been twice as many of us but seeing as we were up against James and Taff, I feel it was fair fight :)

Got boxed in for the third one and John got distracted so the first 1 min was 73s by mistake, I nearly collapse after the last one, I haven't done speed work for a while and I really felt it.
