Sprint Model Venice. Easier than the last couple of days, the streets were wider and the alleys easier to spot. I ran a bit more than I probably should have but tried to get a good combination of short legs with plenty of changes of direction and long legs to hold the concentration

Time and distance estimated. Training in Venice on a course set by dad. We were quite late starting so the were a few too many tourists around making running very challenging in places. I def need to concentrate more as any time I had to fight my way through a pack of people I tended to make a mistake straight afterwards..... It was fun though and very hot but we should be running a few hours earlier on Sat so hopefully it'll be a little but cooler

Spring training in Treviso. Avoiding cyclists was the aim of the game on many occasions intently reading the map nearly caused wipe outs! We took the sprint course from official training a few weeks ago and ran them as sprintverals, the couple of controls were used as a warm up and then we went hard(ish) for the rest of the course. It was very tricky in places and my brain wasn't really functioning properly having been up at 2.50am to travel over. It was good to get some running into the legs in the beautiful Italian weather
