Running 51:12 [3] 8.0 km (6:24 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine Green

Couple of laps of parkanaur whilst mum check control sites, mostly on trails and through the nice bits of wood, it was lovely and springy in places and complete marsh in others.

Running 32:47 [3] 5.5 km (5:58 / km) +130m 5:20 / km

Drumkeeragh loop, the heavy rain had reduced a couple of the paths to streams which collapsed round the edges. Made the first hill a lot tougher than usual. Might have strained something in my abs on Thursday cos it was pretty uncomfortable esp when going downhill. Hopefully a slightly longer run in Parkanaur tomorrow as mum check controls sites for a schools event

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [2] 3.0 km (20:00 / km)

Bootcamp. I was the only one who turned up so got a personal training session - ouch. Asked him to go easy on the legs as they were already very tight so got a beast of an upper body session instead. My shoulders were screaming by the end but it was a good session

Orienteering 35:12 [5] 6.7 km (5:15 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine Green

Fun WENT at Queens/Botanic. 5 gaffled loops and a 45 min time limit. A couple of dodgy route choices early on but I seemed to improve as time went on. One minor wipe out trying to change direction on the very wet grass. Turned out I was on the same gaffle as Susan, she was taking better routes than me so I was having to use speed to get away....

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [3] 2.0 km (30:00 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine Green

First attempt at Tribal Fitness. It was really good, lots of core and leg work and she even provided yoga mats and music :) resistance band round a fence gave all the core stuff a real bite. Will definitely be going back.
