Felt rubbish again today, pounding headache that wouldn't go away. Don't know if this is just a cold or the jetlag is still in play too. Hopefully I'll be back to normal soon.

First session back, still feeling pretty grotty but just needed to get something done. My welcome back was a serious core session which I really struggled on but I think that was more to do with the lack of core work recently rather than the cold. It was a fun session though but getting out of bed in the morning is going to be painful :)
