May have slightly underestimated the distance of this loop. Fairly knackered by the end and my right hip flexor is feeling a little tender so may need to be a bit careful over the next couple of days

More beat boxing. Slightly overestimated this one and ended up cutting it a bit fine for the start of class.

Reformer. Serious leg class today, I think Angus did it on purpose cos he knew we'd been running. The lunge set nearly killed me.

Tribal. Only a couple of coughing fits and def wasn't pushing on the running sections but generally I felt pretty good
