BTS with Susan round some of the more dodgy areas of Belfast. Absolutely died part way round so was glad to have Sus dying with me. So much hill out the back of twinbrook

Reformer. Lots of jump boarding so legs were absolute jelly by the end of it

Annadale/Forestside loop with a 100% success rate for working boxes :) - 2 nights in a row pretty much guarantees none of tomorrow's loop will work

BTS round Finaghy with Susan. Once again we had to up the tempo towards the end as we had slightly underestimated the distance involved.

Tribal. Hip still not quite right so I was careful not to aggravate it (as much as possible) weirdly I had no problems with mountain climbers but I started to feel it during squat thrusts.

Hip flexor / groin really tender and sore today so no intervals for me. I think I may have been a little too enthusiastic in the side lunges on Friday.
