Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [2]

Reformer. Oof that was a tough one, was worried about my calf and knees but it was grand. The calf stretched out nicely in the warm up and we did barely any exercises base on the knees. Wheelbarrows hurt them, but hovered ones would have been so much worse

Running 33:52 [3] 5.02 km (6:45 / km)

After robrunner's query about whether we had the equivalent of potting the white, we tried to come up with a version of it for the final WENT of the year. I was the cue ball and anyone who met me lost 3 points. So I gave everyone a 7 min headstart and then headed out onto the course holding a control, if I caught someone they had to punch the control and lost 3 points. I wiped out right at the beginning, learning the hard way that when you are running in the dark you need to watch the ground rather than the headtorch you are chasing. Probably managed to get 2/3 of the runners out there but a few managed to elude me on numerous occasions, the kept diving into the woods and turning headtorches off.

Strength and Conditioning 55:00 [3]

Warm up and 2 laps of an easish circuit before we got into the 12 days of Christmas. Except there were only 11 and I only managed to complete 10....
40 skips
30 low jacks (squat star jumps)
10 snowboarders
30 spotty dogs
30 band shoulder presses
20 plank knee to elbow (elevated on a bar)
30 dips
1 run
20 lunges (each side)
30 plank jacks
10 burpees
