Saw the podiatrist today - looks like my foot pain is a result of all the past twisted ankles. He wasn't too thrilled when I told him I had 4 races this weekend, but said I wouldn't make it any worse by running. So Armagh is on then x-training for a couple of weeks before I see him again and get some orthotics
