Barre. Awesome fun as always - although not the double time playlist this time around. So warm tonight too, I was a puddle by the end of the class.

First full session back, was pretty happy when Eric said it was a 24 minuter but then he told us what it was... 6 mins, 2 x 4 mins, 3 x 2 mins and 4 x 1 min with half recovery. Those last 4 were tough, 30s is not much for recovery...
