Up on the pitches tonight, it was very windy and absolutely baltic, definitely felt more like February than April!! 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 mins with half recovery. The headwind was something fierce making life nice and difficult but it was good to be back and I made it through the entire session!!
