WEE 6 Antrim Hospital - nice new area, has some good sprint potential to it. Took it fairly handy tonight, not pushing to the max. The shuffle run evolved slightly from last night to have a longer stride. So whilst my Achilles made it through mostly unscathed my ankle and shin were pretty stiff and sore by the end of it. But hopefully we are headed in the right direction.
