Whoop whoop! Intervals!!! Only did half the session as I didn't want to push it but no pain whilst running but a little achy in the rests and once we'd finished. Session was 2 up to 4 mins in 15s intervals. Took the first one as part of my warm up then ran the next 4.5 then used the last couple as the warm down

Spin. Managed to convince mum to come with me on the promise that the Thursday guy didn't do much standing (as she isn't allowed to).... Unfortunately it was Simon covering the session, 90% of it was standing. Oops. Loaded sprints are still not fun.
