Whoop whoop! Intervals!!! Only did half the session as I didn't want to push it but no pain whilst running but a little achy in the rests and once we'd finished. Session was 2 up to 4 mins in 15s intervals. Took the first one as part of my warm up then ran the next 4.5 then used the last couple as the warm down
