Tribal - thankfully very little running. But I did end up doing a lot of 1 legged skips.

Jog up to and around the pitches. Right ankle wasn't feeling great.

Running intervals 4:18 [5] 1.07 km (4:01 / km)
shoes: Saucony Ride 9

Session was supposed to be 10 x 2.5 mins but I managed 1 3/4 reps before bailing. My ankle hurt with every stride and starting to feel a tightness in the Achilles and given it was my bad side I thought better play it safe and stop.

Team Baxter Pilates with Susan. Oof my abs felt that! Great class as usual, lots of focus on form and breathing :)
