All day first aid course, was supposed to be for sports but we spent most of the day on unconscious unresponsive patients and did about 30 at the end on dressing wounds.....nothing on strapping ankles or knees.

Different teacher - not sure I enjoyed it too much. Way too much time to recover between exercises and very unrealistic resistances to keep up with the beat..

Snooker-O is back!! Knew it was going to be tight to get them all in the time, so the plan changed a few times on the fly to try and drop as few points as possible. A couple of small mistakes in the final loop meant I came back a little bit late. 97 points so not too bad.
