Strength and Conditioning 55:00 
Reformer. I have lost a lot of strength in the last month - struggled through another class, spider kicks are not my friend. Lots of corrections from Fallon to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Rehab 10:00 
Turned the wobble board into a ramp (temporarily) to do my new exercise. Foot at angle, push free leg back and straight, bring it up in front of you, look over one shoulder, look over the other shoulder, single leg squat. Challenge is to see how many times you can do it without touching the free leg down..... twice is as good as gets at the moment. Balance is not good.
