WFH this morning so got a little jog in beforehand. I am so unfit.... Ankle was alright - it was noticeable but not uncomfortable in any way. Seeing the physio later so wanted to get a road jog in to report back on.
Phyiso - fairly painful session today. Started with a few new exercises followed by a lot of work on the ankle and soleus. Happy with the progress so far but still spme way to go.
