Annadale loop, ankle was grand for this only occasionally noticeable. I thought I was coping with the longer distance until I realised I was willing lights to be the wrong colour so I could take a break.... But starting to build back up again.
Physio. Another round of dry needling :( plus 5 mins of barefoot treadmill work, you know you are unfit when that nearly kills you. More exercises to work on foot placement whilst walking/running.
