Barre! Physio gave the go ahead to go back to barre, but had to be extra focused on what the ankle was doing whilst up on my toes.

Physio - lots of new exercises to try. Apparently I need to practice my ninja skills..... Lots of falling off wobble boards and ramps at the moment.
