Today was race in Murska Sobota (Thermenland Open Prolog). It was a nice day with a nice course, so I enjoy it. It was funny because all men from 16-45 have the same course, so it was a nice comparison between the club members =) So the coure was mixture of forrest, city and park, so it was pretty strange when you came out of forrest all dirty of mud and with a strange feeling on your legs because the forrest was full of nettles. =D I run without mistakes, but my condition isn't in very good shape, so I'll need to train more before the EYOC!!! =p

Friday May 26

Today I go for a run in Lamek, but I didn't follow the road. So I made a large circle around Lamek to Zakriz and than in Zakriz I made also one more loop to the north hills, on the way back I went over Lamek and back in Cerkno. It was nice run with lots of height, but the weather and nature was so beautiful, that I didn't even feel the height. =D

Today we again run Coopers test, I didn't go faster than the last time (9:12), but I go 9:28. But I'm happy with that, because I realy don't have any more energy to run last weeks...=|

I'm happy with my results, because I realy inprove them.

Today was race in Piran (sprint in the city). Nice and not easy to read map, not so nice weather and great organisation. But still the start was delayed for 1hour because of SI controls. I run the race nice, just one 50s mistake (misscount the roads), but still on the end I was first with 1min 30 ahead of the second. So I'm happy with the place, but not so happy with my running... =D

NIce flat terrain, whit many roads. The course was nice and it was quite easy to get lost. But I run great, with just around 2-3 min mistakes. Anyway on the end I win! =D

Nice run to Log on start 8min of warm up, than to Log (14:40min, avgHR-185 :-), then back (14:30, avgHR-166).
