| Todays program "How to fell tired!" :P
Firstly do 10min of warmup, than jump like crazy 6times a minute with 1min brakes, than 7min of semi-fast running, than go to your favourite steps and do 6 sprints 3 times jumping on left foot and 3 times jumping on right leg, than have a short 2min brake. Measure ~60m long course and run it as fast as possible at least 6 times, than run 7min like u didnt never before, and than for the end make at least 3 times a minute rope jumping... =D |
