| Cycling and running, while I was running, my right hip started to hurt, this "injurie" opened on Trzin race, two weeks ago. I finnished training normaly, but I don't think now that that was a good idea. |

Today we didn't have our coatch on our training, and because we were all completly exsausted, we took nice long walk with 2 short sprints. We discuss alot weekends races, so it was also orienteering training, kind of =) |
