I ran with Val Katie Amanda Claire and Eileen I led for a while but then every few times we stopped I realized more and more how bad my legs hurt from the hills and intensity I had done the day before. I got really far behind and turned the wrong way but I did find my way back. I guess I need to learn the trails inside out and backwards. I did four strides but had to leave and did not have enough time to do and and stretch.

We climbed mnt. Marcy the highest in NY state by the time we were 3 miles away from the bottom I wanted to collapse I was so tiered my shoulders hurt really bad where our mentor actually had to carry my bag down the whole mnt.

I ran with Nat and Laura Adams from Thomas I felt pretty good but we went up this killer hill that wouldn't end that was tough.
