Y multifit run: N on Monon 8 min aerobic/1 min 10K/1 min walk for 30 min and then back as for half marathon. 29oF with freezing fog but was lots warm with winter tights, short sleeves and long sleeves tops and gloves.

Red course (5.7 km) set by Mike Minium some woods controls and lots of campus sprint controls. This felt good with only a couple of less than optimal route choices and lost time.
