Red course set by cedarcreek. I felt like I was running through mud for the whole day - even when I wasn't running through mud. Major mistake on C8 where the 1:5000 map scale messed with my head and I thought I was much further south than I was - it took me much too long to figure out where I was.

Y Multifit training: 1 mile time trial starting from the 86th St. marker S to the first 0.5 mile marker, turn around and back. My goal for the mile was 10 min so I'm really happy with this time.

Green course set by Mike Minium. I feel good about this run - probably some less than optimal route choices but no major mistakes. Lots of honeysuckle in the woods balanced with trail/road running.
