First time swimming with Multifit group. While I didn't do the actual workout, I swam about 900m freestyle with some breast stroke lengths and was surprised and happy with how it went. Swimming seems to be like biking, once you know how, you don't forget.

OLOU Summer GoGo at Portland Wharf Park Long "Advanced" Course. Portland Wharf was a community on the shore of the Ohio just west of Louisville that was torn down when the flood berm was installed. There is still pavement from the streets and, unfortunately, the park is a dump site for cars and other trash.
