The gym moved from the industrial area by our office to uptown (downtown) Blenheim, into a freshly renovated storefront. Now we need to drive there every day.
Barbell squats, dead lifts, pull ups, chest presses then assorted moves with the new weight machines.

None of us would have gone out for an after work jog on our own, as it was freaking hot and humid. But all 4 of us did it.
My legs protested, probably due to some hangover from Sunday, and the mid-day barbell squats.
