Spin class 50:00 [3]

Fast stuff. Heavy stuff. Push ups (yes) while standing climb.

Gym time 20:00 [3]

All the things I am not good at. Triceps. Double poling. Hamstrings. Etc. Hamstrings are certainly stronger than they were a year ago.

Jogging (Trails) 25:00 [3]
shoes: Speed Cross

Point Pelee. Visitor's centre to tip, via east footpath.

Jogging (Trails) 20:00 [3]
shoes: Speed Cross

After looking for Monarchs (butterflies, not kings and queens) at the tip, and only seeing a half dozen, I raced the sun to get back before it got dark.

Hockey 25:00 [3]

Pity to go inside just as the day got sunny and warm, but it was an intense workout and I was relieved to find out I could still skate.

Trekking (Orienteering) 1:17:00 [4] 5.9 km (13:03 / km)
shoes: Speed Cross

Orienteering at Peach Mountain - Igor's shorter Farsta course

7 controls on the first map, back to the start, new map with 7 controls, with 4 of them shared between the two maps.

I had picked the shorter course as I haven't done much orienteering in 2016. I didn't have much trouble with the controls, except for being pulled too far east on #6 on the second map. Pretty neat format. Nice woods, with some very runable sections. And of course, if there are brambles and burrs to be found, I will find them!

Trekking (Orienteering) 1:10:00 [3] 4.3 km (16:17 / km)
shoes: Speed Cross

Control pick up.

Some I had been to during the course, some I hadn't. Ironically, I floundered on the two easiest ones......one wasn't far from a trail, but the green was so thick, I passed by it twice before seeing it. The other one was one I'd visited twice before, but came at it from a totally different angle and ended up on the trail south of it.

And yes, there was green and burrs :)
