Touring Bike warm up/down (Mostly gravel) 2:00:00 [1]

Took my nephew bike camping over on Pelee Island. I carried all the gear/food (he carried a change of clothes and his toothbrush). But it was a short, net downhill ride from our house to the ferry dock and then a couple klicks from the ferry dock to the campground.
Then we biked around the Southern part of the island, lunch at the winery (no wine though, which was kind of tough), a couple miles hiking at Fish Point (including along the beach....water was very clear until we got to a blue green algae patch....yuck), lucked out and found the glacial grooves (nephew totally approved of that), then supper and marshmallows at camp.
Nephew (14) is a very slow biker, hence the rating of 1 in terms of intensity. I wanted to bring my mountain bike to help me ride slower but it hasn't recovered from the seatpost incident at Island Lake. I hope it isn't terminal.
