Gardening season has begun. No matter what I do all winter, the first day always points out what I DIDN'T do all winter. So I only did a couple hours tonight :)

Rather exhausting. Some new complex exercises that involved legs/core/arms.

Adventure Bike (Gravel) 1:38:00 [3] 21.72 mi (13.3 mph)

An after work ride near my office. All gravel, and some of it was freshly laid gravel. But it wasn't gale force winds and it wasn't icy, and the sun was kind of peeking through the clouds, so it was good. A few barking dogs, but none were inclined to cross the ditch and chase me (maybe the invisible fencing was working). There is a "ridge" through this part of SW Ontario (the Blenheim moraine) (hence the name "Ridgetown" for the town to the east of Blenheim), and this route went over it a couple times. There are a lot more miles here to explore, and it looks like one of the abandoned railway beds is getting converted to a multiuse trail.

Everything....TRX, jumping, stability ball, ropes (which I used to climb as a kid in the hay mow...too bad I got to the rope section after too many arm exercises)

Freshly sharpened skates = great skating! I wish I had worn my watch to track my heartrate....it was pounding!
It was the semi-final game and we lost. Bummer.
