Time to wake up the quick twitch muscles......if they are still there.

Rainy spell, but what the heck, may as well go out and play. I jogged down towards the lake to pick some kitty cannabis (cat nip) for our outdoor cat. Then around to the hot tub shop to pick up some pH balancer. But when I went to pay for it, I couldn`t find my debit card. I had my phone so I called Paul to see if I left it on the kitchen counter, but he didn`t answer. But as I put my phone back in my pocket, I wondered if it had fallen out when I stopped to take a picture of the plentiful juniper berries along the trail. I backtracked to that spot, hoping no one had picked it up as I do have the `tap`function activated on it. And whew, it was right where I had been when I took the pictures. Meanwhile, I got thinking about the staff at the hot tub shop....when I was checking all my pockets, I pulled the clear plastic bag of cat nip out from under my jacket and put it on the floor of the shop, where an employee was eyeing it. Hmmmm, I wonder what they thought it was....... Probably over the limit for possession of people cannabis......

Legs thought that lunges with 45 lb bar on my shoulders were a bit much. Whatever.
Shoulder presses, rowing, stability ball stuff, dumbell stuff......

Just 3D tonight so more ice time

I walked about 3 km today trying to loosen up. But as usual, a hockey game did more for me than a day of stretching, rolling, walking and epsom salts.
