Both back to back runs were too short. Bad tie management and family commitments. Need to plan better next weekend.

Felt absolutely weakened after 30 minutes. Started walking and even while walking home felt shaky and exhausted. Almost had to sit down to recover.

Maybe nutrition issue. Have not taken any supplements (Fish oils, Vitamin B,) recently.
