Walked one of Charlie's courses, I'm going to take any crossfitters that come or anyone new on. Only got lost, not really lost.....once!

overhead squats awkward for me, first one weight up, felt off balance, then dropped the weight to my shoulder....really a different exercise, would have rather just had a bar with no weight to get my form right!!

Sandy Brook with Cindy....I went 22, she picked me up after she had already ridden 1.5 hours. Then she rode a few more miles after I left!! Great fun...don't know if I'll catch her this year.
