first loop normal, then I put on a weighted vest for the second half. Pretty hard, but I liked it.

9 hang power cleans I'm getting better at these
6 push jerks....really hard for me
first time swimming, was delighted to find I had gone a mile!! 12 laps

really hard! 5 rounds of box jumps, squats, kettle bell swings...about 200 of each random and the last kettle bell was 80 swings....really hard...off to kayak hope my arms work
