Morning run with the babies along a very wet and muddy spruit. Got stuck behind the park run walkers!!!

I actually took note of how long the swim takes me! Nervous for the swim leg next weekend!

8 big laps around the dam, nice morning to be on the water! Paddled the last 2 laps with Chris on a SUP. Was nice to finally chat to him again.

Run down the Spruit with Ry and babies.
Very eventful run!
Kate fell into the river while chasing birds!
Frank got his toe stuck in the grid, while going under the road at Victory Park Gym! Took a while to convince him to keep still so I could get his toe free.
Decided to cut run short after all the drama!

Very cool ride after work! Awesome route through my old hood! Worked hard tonight, even climbed Munro Drive.
