Road from Emmerentia to Fourways, joined my dad for his ride through Paulshof, Bryanston, Randburg, Blairgowrie, Bryanston, Douglasdale, home.
Was then supposed to ride home but my back is too sore.
Wow, has CrossFit Open 17.1 had an impact!!
Yikes!
