Nice run from one side of Krabi through to the other side of town. Down the hill, along the beach and up the other side of the hill, town is shaped like a semi circle. Not such a long run today as we are off to go explore temples and jungles!
Haven't been this relaxed and happy for a long long time!

Finally feeling better so decided to test my lungs! Beautiful beach run this morning! Still to run without shoes and my feet are still sore 12 hours after... But it was just simply gorgeous! White sand, clear blue sea and a never ending beach! Paradise!!

Note

Hoping that after a couple of days of relaxing in Thailand that I would have recouped and recovered! But not the case. Managed to get an antibiotic today, so hoping for a quick recovery! Chest is very bad and battling to breath after just a couple of stairs!
